Shipping Policy

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code.

Delivery time Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days after shipping. Belgium: 2 to 4 business days after shipping. Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days after shipping. United Kingdom, United States and Canada: delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Shipping method We ship via PostNL. For letterbox-sized packages, no signature is required and the parcel is delivered through the mailbox. For larger orders, a package is sent that may require a signature upon delivery.

Damaged order Received a damaged order? Please send a photo and description to sugarcoat.t1d@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can offer a suitable solution.
