Will the bracelet fit my sensor?
Yes, if you choose the right one. We make a separate design for each sensor model — Freestyle Libre 2, Freestyle Libre 3, Dexcom G7, Dexcom G8 and Dexcom One+, so make sure to select your sensor model when ordering. A cuff made for one sensor won't fit another correctly.
Can I still scan my sensor while wearing the bracelet?
Yes, all bracelets are NFC-friendly. Scanning works exactly as you're used to, no need to remove the bracelet.
What materials are used?
316L stainless steel with a gold or silver PVD coating. If you have a known nickel allergy, we recommend checking with your dermatologist before wearing any stainless steel jewellery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within the Netherlands arrive in 1-2 business days, Belgium in 2-4 business days, and the rest of Europe in 4-8 business days. Shipping is free within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unworn or unbent. See our return policy for details.
How does the 10% donation work?
With every purchase, 10% of the profit goes to diabetes charities. 5% supports research into type 1 diabetes and 5% funds CGM sensors for children in countries without reimbursement.
