Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, not bent or reshaped, and in its original packaging. Our arm cuffs have a small amount of adjustability built in for a comfortable fit, but once a cuff has been bent or shaped to fit an arm, it can no longer be resized to its original form and is therefore not eligible for return. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any return questions, you can always contact us at sugarcoat.t1d@gmail.com.

Damage and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Arm cuffs that have been bent, adjusted or reshaped to fit an arm are also not eligible for return, as they cannot be restored to their original condition.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns from outside the Netherlands and Belgium (EU, UK, US, Canada and other markets) You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or was delivered incorrectly. We recommend sending the return by registered/tracked post, as we are not liable for lost return parcels. Please note that customers outside the EU may be responsible for any customs duties or import fees related to the return.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
